2.2 Course Completion and Worksheet Submission: To be eligible for a refund, you must complete the entire Course, including all lessons, modules, and assignments. Additionally, you must submit all completed worksheets as proof of your engagement with the Course. Refund requests without completed Course content and submitted worksheets will not be considered.

We reserve the right to verify your Course completion and worksheet submission before processing any refund. Once your refund request is approved, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

  2. b) Failure to complete the entire Course or submit all required worksheets.
